Can't your conversation partner see you?
Check whether you have authorised the app to use your camera. You can find this in the settings of your device under the *Luscii* section. Make sure that the slider at *Camera* is green.

Have your conversation partner verify that he/she has authorised the app Luscii to use the camera.
Important to know: If the device of the person being called is on standby, the person must press one of the *Luscii* or *Video* buttons after recording and enter his/her access code before the camera is activated.
Still doesn't work?
Get as close as possible to your WiFi modem so that your WiFi signal is as strong as possible. Also try connecting your device to 4G if image calling fails via wifi, but be aware that image calling on 4G consumes a lot of data. Ask your conversation partner to do the same.
If it still doesn't work after that, please log out of the app.
Log out of the app, close the app, delete the app and reinstall the app. Try video calling again. Ask your conversation partner to do the same.
