Your healthcare provider has developed your own program and actions for you. Your healthcare provider will decide when they want to receive an alert, if your submitted measurement(s) is not good. If you have any questions about this, please contact your healthcare provider.
If the healthcare provider receives an alert as a result of a measurement that you have submitted, they will contact you either via the app itself by sending a message or by video calling you or they will contact you by telephone. Your healthcare provider will inform you how they will contact you. So you can also contact your healthcare provider if you have any questions about this.
If your measurement(s) is ok, the hospital will not receive an alert, but they can always view your submitted measurement(s). In principle, they will therefore not contact you.
If the hospital is making use of video calling, it is useful to know when your healthcare provider can try to call you. Please discuss this with your healthcare provider. You must remain logged in to be reachable by the hospital.
